Solution

  • Mobile app for the end-users. With the app, users can create orders for a specific time and meeting room. They can pick products from the menu and give invoicing information (cost center(s)).
  • Employees in the kitchen got notifications (in Teams)  about the new orders
  • Employees in the kitchen manage the orders (change statuses)
  • Employees in the kitchen see what products next week orders contains, so they can estimate how much products they need to have
