Solution
- Team owners manage official email signature files with Power App. There can be several templates available for the users.
- Team members can pick the template they like to use with Power App. The template is populated automatically with user information. User get the signature file by email
- Team members can ask for new signature file also from chatbot (Power Virtual Agent). Chatbot generates it and provides link to the user from where finalized signature file can be downloaded
