A heat map is a very common visualization. It is used for example when managing risks. Each risk has an impact and probability. A combination of these two is usually visualized with a heat map.
Power Apps has very limited out-of-the-box visualization features. But with galleries, you can easily build your own ones.
And that is exactly what we did in this customer case.
