Generating nice-looking pdf-files is a very common use case. And we (Forward Forever) are no exception. We like to automatically generate invoice attachments for our customers. This happens once a month and we use our own heavily branded invoice template.
The attachment includes information about the hours we have spent with customer’s projects.
Solution
- Cloud flow loop work orders and get all non-invoiced hours (from Dataverse)
- According to customer settings flow build one invoice attachment for all hours or one attachment per work order
- Attachments are generated by using our own Word template
- Attachments are stored on the Teams under current month invoices folder
