Many times when you arrange a physical meeting at your office, you like to have also some serving to your quests. At least coffee.
In many organizations, this is still done by email. But this is pretty straightforward to build tools for this by using Power Platofrm. And we have of course done it.
Solution
- Mobile app for the end-users. With the app, users can create orders for a specific time and meeting room. They can pick products from the menu and give invoicing information (cost center(s)).
- Employees in the kitchen got notifications (in Teams) about the new orders
- Employees in the kitchen manage the orders (change statuses)
- Employees in the kitchen see what products next week orders contains, so they can estimate how much products they need to have
