Sustainability Action Pack is a collaboration solution providing you the tools to drive environmental actions, make progress transparent and help you reach your targets. Also referred to as “climate watch”, “environment watch” and “environmental toolkit”. Or in Finnish, “ilmastovahti” and “ympäristövahti”.
Solution is based on Power Platform solution template developed by Forward Forever. This low-code implementation approach enables easy customizations, integrations and maintenance. Targeted for organizations who use Microsoft 365 and Microsoft cloud services have a key role in the IT strategy.
Developed in collaboration with customers including Finnish cities of Kerava and Järvenpää who use the solution for managing their environmental action plans (SECAP).
Designed to be compatible with Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability.
