- Visitor gets a presurvey to fill before the visit, reply is connected to the visitor (Forms, Flow)
- Visitor gets an email reminder day before the visit and, for example, further instructions for entering and parking (Flow)
- Visitor is checked in and out by the lobby personnel, including printing of the visitor badge (Power Apps)
