Katja Kozliakova

Katja brings over a decade of expertise in financial analytics and budgeting, complemented by 3 years in UX/UI design and 5 years in software development. Her recent transition into Power Platform began with an educational program at Taitotalo, and she has since applied her talents to Power Platform development, working on real customer projects.

Katja is especially proficient in Power Automate (cloud flows and desktop RPA), Power Apps, and SharePoint. Her passion lies in front-end development, data visualization, and uncovering business process automation opportunities. She is a lifelong learner who thrives on solving complex challenges and designing seamless, impactful solutions.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Katja embraces an active lifestyle. She enjoys swimming and is enthusiastically mastering the art of skiing—despite still perfecting the trick of staying upright.
