Feedback needs to be targeted to a specific event. In addition, events have different speakers, so feedback forms always have different content.

- Events, Sessions and feedbacks are stored in SharePoint lists
- Cloud flow for creating feedback form for the event
- Cloud flow for responding user request and returning correct feedback form (according the URL parameter)
