We have built our own Hour Tracking solution completely with Power Platform. Customers and work orders are managed with Dynamics 365. Employees track hours with custom made canvas Power Apps. App has optimized versions for both desktop and mobile, the user uses version more suitable to him/her.
Time entries are stored in the Dataverse. Hours are followed in the team meetings at the weekly level. For this, we have implemented a Power BI report.
