The office had a large display in the open area that was rarely used, mainly for occasional Teams meetings. We considered utilizing the screen to display relevant information for office staff. After some brainstorming, we decided to show the following information on our new info screen:
- Events for the current month (shared Outlook calendar)
- Selected financial data (Power BI report)
- Daily office attendance for the next 10 days (Power Apps)

- Windows 11 in kiosk mode to ensure security
- Power Apps for displaying various information on different screens
- Automated screen switching using timers
- Data sourced from Outlook calendar, Power BI, and internal Power Apps
