In this keynote, Dr. Mona Moisala, a brain expert with a Ph.D. in psychology, will provide insights on how to work smarter and with greater focus in a modern work environment with constant distractions and information overload. You will learn about the brain’s reward system and how to leverage it to achieve your most important goals. Additionally, you will gain an understanding of how multitasking impacts the brain and how you can use this knowledge to increase the quality and efficiency of your work. The session will include practical, research-backed strategies: How to manage yourself more effectively and in a brain-friendly way, ensuring sufficient recovery and the achievement of key tasks in modern work. Finally, Mona will offer concrete actions to improve focus and brain ergonomics—both in your own work and across your team and organization.
