FF & Friends Customer Event 4.9.2024

First and foremost, thank you to everyone who participated in our first annual FF & Friends customer event. In the words of our CEO Olli Korpelainen, “This was by far the best event we have had so far!” It was an incredible afternoon, and we look forward to seeing you all again next year!

We would also like to thank Bio Rex Kultuurikasarmi in Helsinki, Finland for providing such a fabulous venue for our event. You exceeded our expectations in every way, and we also really enjoyed the tasty lunch that Henry’s Distillery prepared for all of us.

While the focus of the event was networking and discussing Power Platform, we also got to hear about some of our customers’ real-life cases. For instance, Sari Da Conceicao and Antti Pajunen shared how Valmet, the world’s leading supplier of technology, automation, and services for the pulp, paper, and energy industries, has solved demand management challenges using Power Platform tools.

We also heard from Heini Kuusela and Inkeri Lohikoski who discussed how Helen, one of the largest energy companies in Finland, has developed strategies for managing data and AI with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.

After our knowledgeable guests shared their valuable insights, we held round table discussions where participants shared their experiences and asked questions about Power Platform. Many interesting conversations were had, and it was a great opportunity for everyone to expand their professional networks. We hope you also enjoyed our Copilot experiment station and left with some ideas about how to use AI to improve your everyday work.
