Poola Isomäki

Poola is a seasoned people professional with a strong background in human resources. Poola began her career in recruitment and quickly discovered her passion for supporting people throughout the entire employee lifecycle. Since 2017, she has worked primarily as a one-person HR department—sometimes leading small teams—in companies operating mainly in the IT industry, both locally and internationally. 

Poola is driven by a desire to bring empathy and humane leadership into the workplace while also supporting ambitious business goals. She thrives on combining these elements to create a meaningful workplace. 

Outside of work, Poola enjoys spending time with her family and her Labrador retriever, Reino. Whether it’s exploring city life (especially dining out), traveling, or relaxing in the countryside, she values a balanced lifestyle. She also runs a small social media project in her spare time.
