Although I do customer experience development and application development as separate focus areas, they ultimately come together as the cornerstone of a Power Platform consultant role.
Through the trainee program, I’ve built a strong foundation in Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio and AI, Power Pages, Power BI, and Fabric. I’ve worked hands-on with these tools, learning how to build effective low-code/no-code solutions quickly, and how to apply AI responsibly and purposefully.
In addition, the program covers learning strategies, Microsoft certifications, Continuous Services, UI/UX design, and Power Platform licensing. Most importantly, I’ve been involved in real customer work and real solution delivery.
